Our Breads

Our breads and Croissants are baked fresh every morning. Unlike most franchise type bakeries who purchase their breads and croissants (frozen) from a distributor then thaw and bake we make and bake our breads and croissants on the premises. We use the best flour and high quality Wisconsin butter for our croissants, brioches and pastries.  Our breads and croissants contains no preservatives, oils, shortenings or artificial ingredients. We take great pride in using the same technique used by generations of French bakers and pastry chef.
